CNPP received extra fuel for diesel generators
The State Atom Regulator reported that attempts to restore power to CNPP and Slavutych are being made

According to the management of Chernobyl NPP, which is currently located in Slavutich, the NPP site managed to provide an additional supply of diesel fuel for diesel power plants for emergency power supply of spent nuclear fuel storage facilities (СВЯП-1 and SFDS-2), as well as a new safe confinement over the Shelter object. Attempts are ongoing to restore the external power supply of the site.
This is stated in the information message of the State Inspectorate for Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine.
All objects of the Chernobyl NPP, located in the exclusion zone, continue to be under the control of the military aggressor country, the regulator said.
State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine (SNRIU) reminds the electricity supply has been absent from the site of the Special State Enterprise 'Chornobylska NPP' since 11:22 on March 9, 2022. Also, there has been no connection with the personnel of the Special State Enterprise 'Chornobylska NPP' located directly on site. "Regulatory control of the state of nuclear and radiational safety on site of the Special State Enterprise 'Chornobylska NPP' and in the territory of the exclusion zone, as well as control over nuclear materials at the enterprise, is impossible," the Inspection informs.
The work of Automated Radiation-levels Control System has not been restored yet. The real situation on the site is still unknown to the Regulator.
