What happened. Russia struck at the underground warehouse of missiles and aviation ammunition of Ukrainian troops in the village of Delyatyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region. Information on the type of missiles fired and the casualties is being specified.
Source. This was announced by the spokesman of the Air Force Commandof the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ignat in a comment to the “UP” (newspaper).
Commentary. "Indeed, the enemy struck at our warehouses mentioned before. The type of missile is yet to be determined. We sustained damage and destruction. There was a detonation of ammunition. The casualties are being specified, "Ignat said.
"Unfortunately, Ukraine has become a testing ground for Russia's entire arsenal of missile weapons. They use missiles that fly 2,000 km, 5,500 km in range – that is cruise missiles, operational-and-tactical complexes "Iskander", cruise missiles "Caliber" and others: X-101, X-55, X-555. There was a statement made about the "Dagger" before, which the Russians keep boasting about. We don't know what rocket it really was. We can't confirm anything yet," he added.
For their part, local residents of Delyatyn in the Frankivsk region report that the situation in the village is currently calm: "We can see no fire, smoke or funnels in the village."
