Ukrainian activists have launched the “Seeds for Ukraine” project.
This was reported by of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Supreme Council of Ukraine) on its Telegram channel
It is aimed at providing private farms affected by the war with the necessary seeds of basic crops, such as greens, zucchini, peas, cucumbers and others. The seeds will be accepted as humanitarian aid.
Businesses and communities in Canada and the Netherlands were the first to respond. Germany, Great Britain, Switzerland and others have promised to join.
The project is implemented jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Kyiv School of Economics, “Nova Poshta” post office and others.
