Comments. “So far, our draft document has been handed over to the Ukrainian side, it includes absolutely clear wording. The ball is on their side. We are waiting for an answer,” said a representative of the kremlin.
A spokesman for the russian dictator also expressed concern over the lack of “effective negotiations” between Kyiv and moscow.
Adviser to the Head of the Presidential Office Mykhailo Podoliak commented on it on the “Dom” TV channel, “
“It's a bad idea to use russian speakers as newsmakers. It is much better to rely only on the official announcements of the Ukrainian side… As for the negotiation process, during the Istanbul round, Ukraine handed over its proposals on set solutions to its opponents. Then it is our turn to study, compare, draw conclusions.”
