What happened? Today, the President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu is convening an urgent meeting with the High Security Council on the subject of the incidents in the Transnistrian region.

After the meeting, Sandu will hold a press briefing.
For its part, russian RIA Novosti commented on this: “The Transnistrian leadership will soon approve the decision to protect the interests of the republic.”
