Governor of Luhansk region: food and water that are left in Popasna and Rubizhne will be enough only for a week
The occupiers are trying to cause a humanitarian catastrophe in the region

It was informed that in Popasna and Rubizhne towns people had food and water for only a week. Access to cities is complicated.
Source. This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Haidai.
Details. According to the report, the russians are attacking Voevodivka, the village on the outskirts of Severodonetsk.
“ruscists are deliberately firing hospitals, critical infrastructure, granaries, warehouses, and humanitarian centers to cause a humanitarian catastrophe in the region. The goal of the russians is the Holodomor (the Terror-Famine), the lack of medical care and communications in the Luhansk region,” Haidai said.
He added that it was impossible to deliver trucks with humanitarian aid to Popasna and Rubizhne, as well as to evacuate people. There will be enough food and water for only a week.
“We are trying to break through at least on the outskirts of the city and to nearby villages,” said the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.
According to him, the russians want to capture Severodonetsk by surrounding it.
Background. Earlier, the occupiers bombed an elevator with more than 25,000 tons of grain in Rubizhne.
