“However now it's like a car, not a petrol and not an electric one, but a hybrid, that's why the war is so difficult, and victory will be very difficult, it will be bloody, it will definitely lie in battle, but the end will be diplomatic in any case. I am sure of that,” Zelensky said.
He explained that some issues between Ukraine and russia could not be resolved anywhere except at the negotiating table.
“That's because we want to return everything, and the russian federation wants to return us nothing,” said the President.
