In particular, it is noted that two girls aged 12 and 15 were raped by rashists, and a 6-month-old girl was raped as well. “Two two-year-old twin boys and their mother were at home. Five rashists broke in, one was holding the mother, the other two raped the children orally and anally. The children died due to ruptures and blood loss,” Denisova wrote.

It is also known that a three-year-old boy was raped in front of his mother by two occupiers – the child died from the injuries.

“Sexual violence is strictly prohibited by Article 27 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian People in Time of War. Rape as a war crime is the most serious crime, as well as one of the components of genocide,” said Lyudmyla Denisova.
