What happened? Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak says that Ukraine needs heavy weapons.

Details. “Telling it straight. To end the war and expel russia from Ukraine, we need heavy weapons parity: 1000 155-mm-calibre howitzers; 300 MLRS; 500 tanks; 2000 armoured vehicles; 1000 drones,” he stressed.
Podoliak also noted that a meeting of the Contact Group of Defense Ministers will be held in Brussels on June 15. “We are waiting for a decision,” he wrote.
Previously. Earlier, the Latvian Foreign Minister stressed that the russian-Ukrainian war could last for months and even years. Western countries should supply weapons to Ukraine until its complete victory.
