Details. The projectiles hit a five-story residential building. As a result, fires broke out on the third and fourth floors.
According to Kyrylenko, one person died. However, the State Emergency Service reports about only 10 victims, 5 of whom are currently in hospital.
The fire started at approximately 12:55 p.m., and at 1:37 p.m. it was already extinguished.
