The Armed Forces repulse the assaults of the occupiers on Bakhmut, Soledar and Maryinka – General Staff

What happened? The occupiers tried to improve the tactical position in the areas of Bakhmut, Soledar, Yakovlivka and Vershina by assaulting them, but had no success and withdrew. Fighting continues near Travneve and Kodema.

Details. The enemy is concentrating his main efforts on the East of Ukraine in order to establish full control over the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts within their administrative borders. 

The occupiers continue hostilities to hold the temporarily occupied districts of Kherson and part of Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv oblasts. A further threat of air and missile strikes on military and critical infrastructure facilities throughout Ukraine remains.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy carried out target effects using cannon and rocket artillery. russians are trying to break through the defense of Ukrainian troops near Husarivka, hostilities continue.

Attempts by the occupiers to attack the Dolyna and Bohorodychne areas ended in failure and their withdrawal, thanks to the skilful actions of Ukrainian troops.

The enemy made another one attempt of offensive actions in the area of the Pisky settlement, but had success. Hostilities continue.

In the Novopavlivsk and Zaporizhzhia directions, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions, but carried out shelling from tanks, cannon and rocket artillery along the entire line of contact. He carried out airstrikes near Novopillia. It unsuccessfully tried to break through the defense near Maryinka, but suffered losses and withdrew.

Ukrainian soldiers stopped the enemy's offensive in the areas of Bilohirka and Lozove and drove the invaders back.
