What happened? The russians are shelling from artillery the pre-agreed route of the International Atomic Energy Agency mission from Zaporizhzhia to the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.

Details. He notes that the advance team of the UN cannot continue its movement for security reasons.
“Ukraine continues to apply efforts to ensure safe access of the international IAEA mission to the ZNPP. We demand from the russian federation to stop provocations and grant the IAEA unhindered access to the Ukrainian nuclear facility,” Strukh states.
Previously. The IAEA mission was supposed to arrive at Zaporizhzhia NPP on Thursday, September 1. As part of the mission, IAEA experts should record violations of nuclear and radiation safety standards and norms at the ZNPP against the background of the russian occupation.
