Details. It is noted that on the eve of the visit of the IAEA mission, the russians turned to new provocations at the ZNPP.
After the attack, the 330 kV backup power supply line of the ZNPP's own needs was also damaged. In the transitional mode, the non-working 2nd power unit was de-energised with the start of diesel generators operation.
Power unit No. 6 continues to work in the energy system of Ukraine and at the same time feeds the ZNPP’s own needs.
Background. There are only six power units at the station. Their operation had been stopped on August 25 due to the actions of the occupiers. Later, it became possible to restore the operation of the equipment and the system.
The IAEA mission left Zaporizhzhia for Energodar despite shelling from the russian side. The convoy, in which members of the delegation are, had to stop moving due to shelling and is currently at a checkpoint in Novooleksandrivka.
