What happened? The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, published a video in which soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on the liberation of Balakliya town, Kharkiv Oblast.

Comments. “The city of Balakliya, Kharkiv Oblast, has been taken under Ukrainian control. The order has been executed. the russian occupying forces have withdrawn,” the Armed Forces reported from the liberated city.
