Details. It is known that the occupiers left the settlements of Velykiy Burluk and Dvorichne of Kupyansk Rayon, Kharkiv Oblast. They flee either to previously occupied territories, or immediately to the russian federation.
The head of the administration also reported on the shelling of Kharkiv. On the night of September 11 to 12, the ruscists shelled Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv. According to preliminary information, the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system was used for this purpose. As a result of the hits, a five-storey building was partially destroyed, 1 person died and 2 more were injured.
In a missile attack on Kharkiv CHP-5, two employees of the station were killed. Two people were injured during the shelling of Chuhuyiv district of Kharkiv.
Previously. Mind reported that power supply was fully restored in three oblasts after the attack on the Kharkiv CHP. In Kharkiv Oblast itself, 80% of the power supply was restored.
