Mass burial in Izium: 99% of the tortured have signs of violent death

What happened? Among the bodies found in the Izium mass grave, 99% have signs of violent death. There are several bodies with their hands tied behind their backs, one person was buried with a rope around his neck.

Details. Most of the graves do not have names on them – there are only marks with numbers. The law enforcement officers have started the exhumation today.
About 200 law enforcement officers and experts are currently working on the spot. The bodies will be sent for a forensic medical examination to determine the exact cause of death.
“After the identification of the victims, all of them will be buried with due reverence. Each single death will be investigated and will become an evidence of russia's war crimes in international courts,” Mr. Synehubov said.
President Volodymyr Zelensky published photos of Izium. He stated: “More than 400 bodies were found at the mass burial site in Izium. With signs of torture, children killed as a result of missile attacks, warriors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. russia leaves behind only death and suffering. Murderers. Torturers. Deprived of everything human. You won't run away. You won't hide. Retribution will be justly dreadful.”
