Details. “Explosions occurred in Kyiv again in the morning. Desnianskyi District. Object of critical infrastructure. All services are on their way to the scene. More detailed information will be provided later,” he wrote in his Telegram channel. The city authorities urge citizens to stay in shelters.
The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office has started criminal proceedings regarding the russian attack on the energy infrastructure of Kyiv. According to preliminary data, two people were killed by the strike. Another person was injured.
Rescuers of the State Emergency Service, as well as prosecutors, investigators and experts, who record the crime of the russian federation, are working on the spot. Information about the casualties is being clarified.
