Details. “The enemy again attacks energy facilities. Several strikes in Vinnytsia Oblast were recorded. Rescue services are working on the spot,” the message reads.
In addition, Ukrainian air defence units downed a couple of russian missiles over Kyiv and still continue working, the mayor of the city Vitaliy Klitschko said. He urged residents of the capital to stay in shelters.
