Zaporizhzhia NPP is connected to the Ukrainian power system again
Specialists repaired the main and backup external power supply lines of the station

What happened? Temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP was connected to the Ukrainian power system.

Details. The specialists repaired both external power supply lines of the plant – the main 750 kV and the backup 330 kV one. It is noted that the reconnection began on November 4. At the same time, around 22:00 p.m., all 6 power units were connected to the power system.
IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi noted that 8 diesel generators that powered the station during the emergency period were disconnected and put into standby mode.
Previously. Earlier the ZNPP was completely de-energised due to ruscist shelling. On November 2, the occupiers damaged the last two communication lines of the station, which connected the station with the power system of Ukraine.
