What happened? Ukraine has already restored 316 heat supply facilities, which is 53.3% of the total number of affected facilities.

Details. The heating season in Ukraine has started with 99.7% of boiler houses in operation. 99.6% of residential buildings, 97.9% of kindergartens, 98.9% of schools, as well as 99.9% of healthcare institutions have been provided with heat.
Special efforts are now being made to establish the efficient operation of heat generating enterprises in the liberated territories of Kharkiv and Kherson oblasts, where the situation with access to communications is still difficult.
Background. At the same time, about 40% of Kyiv Oblast is still without electricity. Emergency blackouts are applied in the oblast due to the missile attack that took place last week.
