What happened? Power engineers restored electricity supply to 1.2 million residents of Odesa Oblast during the day.

Details. According to the head of the administration, on December 10, 1.5 million residents remained without electricity supply in the oblast. As of now, this number has decreased to 300,000. Marchenko expects that on December 12 the situation will improve significantly.
“I suppose it is quite obvious for everyone that the enemy is trying to take us by force. So now we have to show our resilience more than ever. This is a difficult challenge, but each of us will have to pass it,” Mr. Marchenko commented.
Previously. Earlier, Denys Shmyhal instructed to supply the population with electricity only after critical infrastructure, defence facilities and businesses. The Ministry of Energy was to develop appropriate priorities.
