Details. In addition, 40% of high-voltage network facilities were damaged to varying degrees. Mr. Shmyhal adds that this winter, Ukrainians will face “significant” restrictions on electricity consumption.
In this regard, the government has allocated 100 million UAH to restore the heating system in Kremenchuk. Another 50 million UAH was allocated to rebuild the destroyed infrastructure in Sumy Oblast. In total, the Cabinet of Ministers has already allocated more than 5 billion UAH to the oblasts for reconstruction.
