The Sejm stated that russia had committed an act of international piracy when blocking Ukrainian ports with weapons and paralysing maritime traffic without declaring war.
“By burning and looting Ukrainian land, by preventing Ukraine for a prolonged period from exporting its agricultural products, it has brought the spectre of famine to many countries in Africa and Asia,” the Chamber stressed.
