What happened? In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, power engineers managed to stabilise the system and energise critical infrastructure facilities.

Details. He notes that water pipes and boiler houses are already operating normally. Moreover, electricity has been supplied to residential buildings. Thus, after emergency shutdowns, the oblast is gradually returning to stabilisation.
The head of the administration adds that there are three queues for shutdowns in the oblast. Only two groups may be with electricity at once, the other one is being de-energised. It is planned that the electricity in houses will be turned off for 4 hours in a row. Then they will be powered for 5 hours.
