Ukrainian power system will be stabilised by summer if there are no new attacks – Galushchenko
Import of electricity or supply of mobile power plants will help speed up recovery

What happened? The Ukrainian energy system will be stabilised by summer, if the russians do not strike again.
Source. Herman Halushchenko, Minister of Energy, in an interview with Forbes Ukraine.
Details. The minister stressed that import of electricity could help with this. Currently, the state is working on mechanisms that will allow importing 600 MW during the day and 700 MW at night. However, the technical capabilities are much greater – from 1.6 to 2 GW.
Mr. Halushchenko added that air defence systems and mobile power plants would also help Ukraine. According to him, government officials are already working on establishing the supply of such equipment.
“Any generation, especially manoeuvre one, which these small stations provide, will be useful for us. They will help us both to recharge the power plants that have “gone to zero” and provide additional capacity to the system,” the minister explained.
