Russians launched 68 MLRS attacks on Nikopol, Kherson, and settlements of Donetsk Oblast
There are casualties, seriously injured, and dead among civilians
What happened? Over the past day, the russian occupants carried out 68 MLRS attacks, in particular, on the civilian infrastructure in Bakhmut, Kostiantynivka, and Kurakhove localities in Donetsk Oblasts; Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and Kherson.

Details. In addition, the occupiers carried out 3 missile and 13 air strikes. There are casualties, seriously injured, and dead among the civilian population.
The enemy continues to focus his efforts on conducting an offensive in the Bakhmut direction. In the Avdiyivka and Kupyansk sectors the offensive was unsuccessful.
In the Novopavlivka, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson directions, the enemy continues to conduct active defence actions; he shells the positions of the Ukrainian troops and civilian objects along the contact line.
It is noted that the forced integration of the temporarily occupied territories into the legal field of the russian federation is ongoing.
"Thus, in Horlivka, Donetsk Oblast, the term for issuing russian passports has been reduced from 30 to 10 days. In addition, the issuance of license plates and driver's licenses of the russian standard is carried out in the oblast," the General Staff informs.
