Details. An extract from the USR confirms the existence of a business and also contains information about the company's activities. It is necessary in many life situations of entrepreneurs. For instance, when signing contracts or obtaining services from banks.
"Previously, it was possible to obtain the extract from the registrar, notary or in administrative service centres. It was necessary to pay an administrative fee and wait for a day. On the Diya portal you will receive the document instantly, and for 100 UAH instead of 130. Convenient and fast," the Ministry said.
The service was developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation together with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the assistance of the EGAP Programme, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation with the support of Switzerland.
