Details. During the day, however, consumption is expected to increase due to the increasing cold snap. Therefore, to ensure the balance in the power system, oblasts were informed on the consumption limits, which are in effect from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
It is noted that exceeding the consumption limits leads to the application of emergency restrictions. At night, restrictions are currently not applied.
The company reminds that over the past three months, the power system of Ukraine has suffered significant damage as a result of targeted massive missile and drone attacks by the enemy.
"Damage to generation facilities and trunk grids is complex and large-scale. Their restoration still requires significant resources and time. Emergency and restoration works are ongoing. We ask for patience and understanding," Ukrenergo urges.
