Details. The President of Ukraine thanked the partners for their assistance, but noted that time was russia's weapon, so it was necessary to speed up the process of transferring heavy weapons to the Armed Forces.
"Hundreds of thanks are not hundreds of tanks. We can all say thousands of words during discussions, but I cannot replace with words the guns that are needed to resist russian artillery or anti-aircraft missiles that are needed to protect people from russian strikes," President Zelensky explained.
