What happened? The court arrested 2 aeroplanes of a russian owner worth 10 million euros.

Details. It is noted that the AN-148 aircraft belong to a russian joint-stock company, against which the National Security and Defence Council imposed personal special economic and other sanctions.
According to the investigation, in 2021, the sanctioned company, using a Cypriot offshore company to circumvent the imposed sanctions, entered into a lease agreement for these aircraft with a Ukrainian company that used them for its economic activity.
After the full-scale invasion, the lease agreements were to be terminated, and the planes were to be taken out and transferred to the territory of russia.
