Ukraine returns 116 captured Mariupol defenders, Kherson partisans, as well as snipers from Bakhmut
The bodies of fallen foreign volunteers were also returned
What happened? Ukraine has managed to return 116 prisoners, including Mariupol defenders, Kherson partisans, snipers from the Bakhmut area, and other heroes.

Details. It is noted that among them are 87 soldiers of the Armed Forces, two of whom are from the Special Operations Forces.
In addition, there are 8 soldiers from the Territorial Defence Forces, 7 from the National Guard, 6 from the National Police, 5 from the State Border Guard Service, 2 from the Navy and one representative of the State Emergency Service. Among them are two officers and 114 privates and sergeants.
Ukraine also managed to return the bodies of the fallen foreign volunteers – Christopher Matthew Perry and Andrew Tobias Matthew, as well as the body of a fallen Ukrainian volunteer soldier who served in the French Foreign Legion and returned to defend Ukraine after the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion – Yevhen Kulyk.
