"The situation is complicated, the scale of the accident is significant, and it is impossible to quickly restore power supply, including to critical infrastructure," the statement said.
According to the prime minister, all the Points of Invincibility in Odesa should work around the clock. The Minister of Energy and the head of Ukrenergo went to the city to coordinate the work.
Moreover at an extraordinary meeting of the Government, he instructed to establish a round-the-clock government headquarters headed by the Minister of Energy, with the participation of the acting Minister of Internal Affairs, heads of the State Emergency Service and the Military Administration, the head of Ukrenergo, representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure and other ministries and agencies.
