Details. The mayor emphasises that the attack caused damage to power grids, however, power engineers have already begun the process of restoration. Fortunately, there were no casualties among the civilians.
Previously. DTEK warned of emergency power outages in the city of Kyiv, as well as in Kyiv and Dnipro oblasts. The preventive measure was taken due to the threat of a missile attack.
