Details. It is noted that when the shelling started, doctors were receiving patients and the institution was crowded. However, casualties were avoided as people heard the explosions and ran into the corridors.
The shelling damaged the infrastructure – windows of the facility were smashed, and the road and surrounding trees were damaged.
