Almost 35,000 consumers in the de-occupied settlements of Kharkiv Oblast are still without electricity.
This was announced by Oleh Synehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.
The head of the administration emphasised that the restoration process was difficult in the village of Slatyne of the Derhachi community in the north of the oblast. The settlement continues to be subjected to russian shelling, and the demining process is limited due to winter weather conditions.
According to Mr. Syniehubov, 80% of the power grids there were completely destroyed. He added that, given the situation at the front, it would take two months to restore power to the village.
Moreover, another 11,000 consumers are still under temporary russian occupation.
