The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the procedure for conducting electronic auctions during large-scale privatisation
The mechanism for holding electronic auctions and determining the winner, as well as the procedure for paying for participation in auctions have been determined

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the Procedure for conducting electronic auctions for the sale of large-scale privatisation objects.
This was announced by the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk.
The Procedure defines the mechanism for conducting electronic auctions for the sale of large-scale privatisation objects using the electronic trading system, determining the winner based on the results of the electronic auction, the amount and procedure for paying the fee for participation in the electronic auction.
During the government meeting, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal noted that since the beginning of the year, the state had raised 747 million UAH through open auctions as part of the so-called small-scale privatisation, and entrepreneurs from all over the country had received opportunities to develop their businesses.
Last July, MPs approved the resumption of privatisation of state-owned enterprises. However, the document referred only to small-scale privatisation. At the same time, it was noted that auctions for the sale of large-scale privatisation objects and their purchase would not be held during the martial law period.
