UPDATED: Odesa and the oblast are almost completely de-energised fue to an accident

In Kyivskyi district of Odesa, all hospitals, boiler houses, pumping stations, etc. have been fully powered. Partial power supply has been restored to the critical infrastructure of Suvorovskyi and Malynovskyi districts.

The Odesa Rayon Military Administration emphasises that power engineers are going to complete the repair work within 24 hours.
Almost all districts of Odesa and the surrounding settlements are without power due to the accident.

It is noted that the accident occurred on a high-voltage line. The company emphasises that power engineers will start repairing the equipment immediately after the air raid alarm is cancelled.
In addition, the Odesa City Council announced that all electric transport in the oblast centre was suspended.
