Russia is amassing assault aviation near the border with Ukraine – intelligence
DIU representative emphasises that aircraft are even easier to shoot down than missiles and drones

Russia is amassing attack aircraft near the border with Ukraine.
Andriy Cherniak, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, said this in a commentary to RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, the occupiers are going to use assault aviation in the most important areas where they will try to conduct an offensive.
"They realise that they are failing. They have not achieved any strategic success there, 95% of the russian ground troops are involved in the aggression against Ukraine in one way or another, they have nothing and no one to fight with," added Mr. Cherniak.
The DIU spokesperson emphasised that Ukraine's air defence system was getting stronger with each passing day and it would be even easier to shoot down aircraft than smaller missiles and drones.
Previously. The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed an enemy aircraft, 4 tanks and 6 armoured fighting vehicles over the past day. The personnel of the russian army decreased by another 560 occupiers.
