The ability to receive electronic court decisions has been added to Diya app.
This was announced by Mykhaylo Fedorov, Minister of Digital Transformation.
According to the Minister, the document has the same legal force as its paper counterpart. It reflects the outcome of a court case.
"Before, you had to go to court, stand in lines and collect a bunch of documents. Now, you just make a few clicks in the app and you have the court decision," explained Mr. Fedorov.
