The Air Defence Forces shot down 42 cruise missiles of various types and 4 kamikaze drones during a night attack.
This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi.
In total, the russians launched 81 missiles of various types, including:
- 28 Kh-101/Kh-555 air-launched cruise missiles;
- 20 Kalibr sea-launched cruise missiles;
- 6 Kh-22 air-launched cruise missiles;
- 6 Kh-47 Kinzhal air-launched cruise missiles;
- 8 guided aircraft missiles: 2 Kh-31Ps and 6 Kh-59s;
- 13 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles.
The Ukrainian defenders managed to shoot down 34 missiles of Kh-101/Kh-555 and Kalibr types, as well as 8 Kh-31P and Kh-59 guided missiles. In addition, the ruscists launched 8 Iranian Shahed-136/131 drones, half of which were destroyed.
Previously. The enemy launched another massive attack on Ukraine, with explosions in several oblasts. A hit with Kinzhal aerial ballistic missile was recorded in Kyiv.
