Ukrainian defence forces repelled more than 100 hostile attacks in five sectors yesterday – General Staff
Adversary launched 5 missile attacks, in particular on civilian infrastructure in Sumy and Donetsk oblasts
Despite significant losses, the enemy continues offensive actions on the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka, Maryinka, and Shakhtarsk axes. Over the past day, the Defence Forces repelled more than 100 enemy attacks in these areas.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The russian federation uses terror tactics, indiscriminately shelling populated areas, thereby grossly violating the norms of International Humanitarian Law.
Over the past day, the enemy launched 5 missile attacks, including on civilian infrastructure in Sumy and Donetsk oblasts. Civilians were killed and injured. In addition, the enemy carried out 35 air strikes and fired 76 times from multiple launch rocket systems.
The level of missile threat throughout Ukraine remains high.
