Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed the heads of Odesa, Khmelnytskyi, and Luhansk oblast administrations by decrees
The heads of oblast administrations were dismissed on the basis of their applications for resignation

On Wednesday, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed the heads of Luhansk, Odesa and Khmelnytsky oblast military administrations by his decrees.
This is stated in the relevant documents on the President's website.
According to decrees No. 149/2023, No. 150/2023, No. 151/2023, Head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration Serhiy Hayday, Head of the Odesa Oblast Military Administration Maksym Marchenko, and Head of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast Military Administration Serhiy Hamaliy were dismissed.
It is noted that the heads of the administrations were dismissed on the basis of their applications for resignation.
Background. In late January, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dismissed the heads of 5 oblasts, namely Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Sumy and Kherson.
