Court seizes "hidden" assets of Medvedchuk's wife worth over 440 million UAH
The court decision concerns 6.8% of shares in a strategically important enterprise in Zaporizhzhia

Based on the materials of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the court seized further assets of Oksana Marchenko, who is suspected of financing russian occupation groups. Their total value is over 440 million UAH.
This was reported by the SBU press service on Facebook.
According to the report, the court's decision concerns 6.8% of the shares of JPSC Electrometallurgical Works Dneprospetsstal named after A. N. Kuzmin in Zaporizhzhia, which Ms. Marchenko owns through three offshore companies.
It is noted that this strategically important enterprise specialises in the industrial production of almost 1,000 types of steel and metal products.
"The seizure of the assets will protect the company from being re-registered to fictitious persons and will allow it to be transferred to our state in the future," the SBU said.
The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice. The operation was conducted by SBU officers in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.
Background. In late February, based on the SBU materials, the court seized Oksana Marchenko's property worth over 5.6 billion UAH.
The SBU investigators have already served her a notice of suspicion under Part 3 of Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (financing actions committed with the aim of violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power, change of the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine).
