The State Bureau of Investigation has detained law enforcement officers who wanted to make money on charity aid to the military.

Investigators found that law enforcement officers in Lviv Oblast demanded $5,000 from the head of a charity foundation from Dnipro for closing a "criminal proceeding".
The Bureau detained the criminals while they were receiving the bribe. They were notified of being suspected of receiving an unlawful benefit. The sanction of the article provides for a sentence of imprisonment for up to 10 years.
