The selection of thermal modernisation projects for public buildings under the financial agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank will last from 3 April to 3 June 2023.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
According to the report, the programme is open to small and medium communities that have not previously participated in large-scale thermal modernisation projects, as well as buildings damaged by russian military aggression and projects to adapt buildings to accommodate internally displaced persons.
Thermal modernisation involves insulation of facades, roofs, basement floors, installation of energy-efficient windows and entrance doors, metres and energy control systems, modernisation of heating, ventilation, lighting systems, etc.
