russia is going to launch mass production of Kh-50 missiles to intensify strikes against Ukraine.
This was announced by Alexey Hromov, deputy head of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the representative of the General Staff, mass production could begin as early as June this year. However, Hromov noted that at the current level of production, russia would not be able to restore its reserve in the medium term.
He also added that since February 2022, russia had used up at least 50% of its stockpile of long-range anti-aircraft missiles. During this time, the occupiers have used at least 8,000 of these missiles, mostly of the surface-to-surface class.
