BES secures UAH 28 million in damages to the state
The case concerns a VAT evasion scheme in Odesa Oblast
The Bureau of Economic Security has secured UAH 28 million in damages to the state.

The investigation identified an official of one of the maritime enterprises in Odesa Oblast who organised the evasion of value added tax (VAT) and corporate income tax.
Law enforcement officers claim that the suspect overstated the amount of tax credit and gross expenses of the company during 2015-2018.
