Leaders to negotiate on Ukraine's defence struggle
Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in Finland on an official visit.
This is stated on the website of Finnish President Sauli Niinistö.
The presidents will negotiate on Ukraine's defence struggle, bilateral relations of the countries, and the global geopolitical situation. At the end of the discussions, the presidents will hold a joint press conference.
In addition, the meeting will be attended by Prime Minister Sanna Marin and Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto. Moreover, Zelensky will meet with Speaker of the Finnish Parliament Petteri Orpo.
Previously. Mind reported that the Finnish authorities were negotiating the deployment of US military bases in the country. The Americans would be able to use the territory of Finland for training and deployment of equipment and weapons.
