On the order of the Ministry of Justice, ex-MP Novynskyi was returned as a beneficiary of a number of companies
This will deprive Novynskyi of access to these assets
The order of the Minister of Justice Denys Maliuska, published on the Ministry's website on May 3, 2023, indicates that former MP and billionaire Vadym Novynskyi was returned as a beneficiary/owner of fifty Ukrainian companies.

The order is related to the fact that in late 2022 – early 2023, Novynskyi tried to hide some of his Ukrainian assets in foreign trusts, as Novynskyi was subject to sanctions.
The order of the Minister of Justice prevented the transfer of assets to foreign trusts. The return of Novinsky as a beneficiary and business owner to the Ukrainian Unified Register of Legal Entities makes it possible to deprive Novinsky of access to these assets.
We are talking, in particular, about the following structures:
IT Capital LLC (ranked 51st among the 100 most profitable IT companies)
Assets under the Veres trademark (agricultural complex (Viji Agro LLC), mushroom production and compost (Viji Farming LLC), Kaniv and Cherkasy canneries (Viji Production LLC).
Inter Asset LLC (in May 2022, this company received a special permit for geological exploration of the copper deposit of the Zalisy-Shmenky ore-bearing field of the Ratnivska ATC in Volyn region, at least half of the company may be controlled by Novynskyi)
Prom-Energo-Product LLC (holds a special permit for the extraction of natural gas and condensate from the Vasyschyvske field in Kharkiv region).

Smart Granite LLC (holds two special permits for the use of subsoil, sells crushed stone, sand, loam and rubble stone)
Azov Petroleum LLC (holds a special permit until 2045 for natural gas production at the Bilosarayska field in the northeastern part of the Azov Sea shelf, 50 km east of Berdiansk. The field is currently occupied. Yuriy Boyko may be Novynskyi's partner in this company).
Prodhimindustriya LLC (owns the real estate of the Park inn Kyiv Troyitska hotel, Forbes estimates this asset at $25 million)
Eugene LLC (the balance holder of the Troitsky business center in Kyiv, Troitska Square, a food hall of more than 2 thousand square meters and a two-level underground parking lot)
Sedvers LLC (owner of premises and garages in Summit BC at 9b Hrushevskoho St., Kyiv)
Key Properties LLC (owns an elite estate on Starokyivska Street in Kozyn, Kyiv region)
Akus LLC (owns three apartments in Kyiv at 19 and 19b Instytutska Street)
Festland LLC (owns 9 land plots in Boryspil district with an area of over 168 hectares)
Naval Logistic LLC (logistics services for transshipment, storage, and shipment of cargo to sea vessels)
Soton LLC (Dnipro plant for the production of polycarbonate, which is used for bus stops, sheds, billboards, and gazebos).
Background. As a reminder, the SBU seized 18 million cubic meters of gas from Novynskyi's companies worth more than UAH 144 million.
