Source. This is stated in an official statement on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
"During the event, russian President vladimir putin, who is wanted by international justice for war crimes, justified the murder of Ukrainians, the destruction of Ukrainian cities and villages, the abduction of Ukrainian children and repression of residents of the occupied Ukrainian territories. The night before the meeting, russia fired 25 cruise missiles at Ukraine, including 15 at Kyiv, to cause more deaths and destruction on Ukrainian soil.
russian military equipment was demonstrated to the participants, which has been participating in russia's unprovoked aggressive war against Ukraine for the tenth year in a row," the statement said.
"We consider the participation of the leaders of these foreign states in a public event alongside a war criminal as an immoral and unfriendly step towards Ukraine, a manifestation of contempt for the Ukrainian people who are fighting for their survival and freedom," the Foreign Ministry emphasized.
The diplomatic agency emphasized that the peoples of Central Asia and the Caucasus made an invaluable contribution to the victory over Nazism 78 years ago, and do not deserve to be used by the kremlin to participate in a fake event that has nothing to do with the victory over Nazism.
It also became known that Alexander Lukashenko did not attend the breakfast held by putin with the leaders of the CIS countries after the victory parade. Earlier, he had been driven to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier by an electric car, although putin, accompanied by other politicians, walked.
The media claim that Lukashenko did not attend the breakfast with putin for health reasons and left moscow immediately after the parade.
